The 42nd Annual NSA Summer Seminar takes us to The Lodge in Deadwood, South Dakota.

Online registration is now open. Scroll to the bottom of the page to register. Pre-Registration will start at $375, and golf will start at $140.  Registration will increase to $400 and golf to $170 on June 1, 2026.  Registration at the door will be $450 and golf will be $200 so register early!

Persons who require reasonable accommodation, special meal, or alternative means of communication for program information (e.g., Braille, large print, audiotape, American Sign Language, language translation or interpretation, etc.) should contact NSA at least one week prior to the meeting. The Summer Seminar will be held at The Lodge in Deadwood, SD.  A block of rooms has been reserved in Deadwood for June 23-25, 2026, under the “National Sunflower Association Conference." To reserve your room, call 605-584-4800.  The rate is $169.00 per night plus taxes for a King, Queen, King Accessible, or Queen Accessible or $199.00 per night plus taxes for a King Balcony or Queen Deluxe.  Our block will expire on May 23, 2026, and regular rates will apply.  Please make sure to make your reservation to receive the discounted rate.

Getting to Deadwood, SD: To fly, you would need to fly into Rapid City, SD.  Airlines available at the Rapid City Regional Airport are American Airlines, Delta Airlines, United Airlines, Allegiant, and Sun Country Airlines.  The hotel is approximately 50 miles from the airport.  Car Rental companies at the Airport are Avis, Enterprise, Hertz, National, Alamo, Budget, and Thrifty.

Tuesday Evening Social/Dinner (6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.)

Spouses and children are welcome to attend the Tuesday evening social and dinner at The Lodge at no cost; however, REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.

General Session Luncheon (12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.)

THE LUNCHEON IS ALREADY INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE FOR SUMMER SEMINAR PARTICIPANTS. 

Registrants at the Summer Seminar may register their spouse or guests to attend the General Session luncheon for a fee of $45.

Wednesday Evening – Tower of the Black Hills (5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.)

Spouses and children are welcome to attend the Wednesday evening event at no cost; however, REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. 

Thursday Golf Tournament (Begins with breakfast at 7:15 a.m. and concludes after lunch and awards)

Persons registering for the Summer Seminar and golf may also register their spouse, significant other, or guest to participate in the tournament for an added NSA Golf Registration Fee of $50 plus a Golf Tournament Fee of $140. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
