2 cups crisp rice cereal
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup shelled roasted salted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup roasted salted pepitas (green pumpkin seeds)
1/2 cup roasted salted soy nuts
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Spray 13x9 pan with non-stick cooking spray. In large bowl, stir together cereal, oats, raisins, sunflower seeds, pepitas and soy nuts.
In medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, corn syrup and peanut butter. Cook over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes or until bubbly. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Pour over cereal mixture; stir to combine. Press into pan; cool completely.
Tip: To make removal of bars easier, line pan with foil before spraying it.
